Solemnity of the Assumption
Today, during the Holy Mass at St Patrick’s Cathedral for the Assumption of the Holy Mother of God, our Lord Jesus came looking very sad in appearance.
He said, “Today is a very special Feast of the Assumption of My Mother. She is so highly honoured by all the angels and saints in Heaven. Constantly, they are chanting melodies in adoration for being the Mother of God.”
“But sadly, on earth, she is very little honoured. Most of humanity rejects her, and they don’t want to believe in her and to know her. That makes her so sad that she sheds many tears, but she never stops praying for her sinful children. Oh, how much pain she receives in her Immaculate Heart that pierces her right through.”
“My child Valentina, console My Mother and tell her how much you love her. That will bring joy to her. She counts on her faithful children to console her.”
Then our Lord said, “The world is very sinful, and I cannot promise that next year will be the same as now and that you will have the opportunity to honour the Feast of the Assumption. Many things will change in the world that could affect My Churches.”
“Pray, pray and tell humanity that I will soon change the world for the better.”
“Valentina, many souls went to Heaven today, on this very special day, the Feast of the Assumption. I thought that you would like to know that.”
As our Lord was telling me this, I recalled how, in the early hours of this morning, the Angel came and took me to Purgatory, where I met many souls. They kept coming to me, and they were so happy and joyful, each one carrying a little gift for me, wrapped as a little parcel in beautiful paper and ribbons.
They said, “Thank you, Valentina, this is for you.”
I kindly accepted their gifts, given in spirit.
The Angel was standing next to me. I said to the Angel, “What are the gifts for? It is not my birthday.”
He said, “The souls are so grateful to you for suffering and praying for them. You helped them to be redeemed and to be purified, and to go to Heaven. And the gift, that is spiritual, is their appreciation.”
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for this very special day that we celebrate. Have mercy on Your children who do not honour Your holy Mother.
