Taken Up Very High In Heaven
In the early morning, in deep pain from my leg injury and trying to pray, the Angels came and took me to Heaven. They took me high up and brought me to a beautiful place in front of a white staircase.
The angels said, “We are here to help you and to guide you. Don’t worry about anything, we dress you, we prepare you, and we take you high up.”
The angels took me up the stairs, fussing all around me. There were so many of them moving up and down the stairs, dressing me in a long, long robe of an off-white and pale blue colour. They also said they would wash my hair. I did not understand any of this.
They said, “Valentina, we know your wound is very, very painful, but if you only knew the good it produced.”
One of the Angels then held a little yellow and white lamb in front of me, and said, “Your blood spilt like a lamb of God.”
I started walking back down the stairs to the lower level, with an angel on either side of me. Halfway down, the angels above called my name. I turned around, and, referring to my recent leg injury, they said, “Valentina, in the long run, everything will heal, and you will forget about what happened to you. You will see. Trust God.”
As I descended the stairs, I saw our Lord Jesus. He sat among three saintly men, smiling. I could see He was waiting for me. As I drew near, He rose, and I stood at His right side, while the three saintly men began to speak.
They said, “Valentina, all your injury comes because the devil doesn’t like you. He hates you. He would kill you. If you would renounce your conscience, he would leave you alone, but because you have conscience, he would not leave you alone.”
I said, “What do you mean I have conscience? Everybody has conscience!”
Our Lord was just listening to our conversation.
I said, “No matter what the devil says, I believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, and I know He is going to protect me. I was born Catholic, and I have belonged to our Lord Jesus since my childhood. And I have the body conscience and the spirit conscience—what He put in me I will have while alive until I go into the next world. I belong to Him as long as I live on earth, and into the next world, in eternity—forever I belong to Him.”
Our Lord was waiting to see whether I would say those words.
The saintly men said, “If you would reject your conscience, you would be left in peace, but because you have conscience, the devil is doing all these bad things to you.”
I asked, “Are there people without a conscience? How can they live without conscience?”
They answered, “A lot of people in the world live without their conscience—they reject their conscience.”
I said, “My faith that I have, I will die with it, and I will live forever with my faith. Why should I deny my conscience now to please the devil? Oh no, thank you!”
Comment – Explanation of My Leg Injury:
On 22 October 2025, the Feast of St. John Paul II, my friend Bernadette drove me to the Cathedral for the 12:30pm Holy Mass. She was unable to stay and said she would meet me later at the shopping centre, which is about a 20-minute walk from the church, and then drive me home.
After Holy Mass, a friend from church offered to give me a lift to the shopping centre. In my heart, I heard the words ‘Walk, walk’, but since it was an extremely hot day, I decided to accept the offer.
My friend drives a minibus parked on the church grounds. When I tried to step onto the minibus, the first step was too high. I scraped my leg on the sharp edge of the bottom step, leaving a deep, long cut along my right leg. It started bleeding heavily right away. The cut went through the wound that was already there from the last few weeks, for which I had already suffered much pain.
A paramedic happened to be nearby and came to my aid immediately. She wrapped many tea towels around my leg to stop the bleeding. She told me that she rarely comes to the Cathedral for Holy Mass, but today she happened to be there.
I was taken to the hospital and received seventeen stitches.
